Convenience Store Manager - DFW Airport

Oversee operations for multiple stores, supervise employees and manage inventory
Develop successful sales plans to grow profitability
Create strategies to introduce, implement and promote new product lines
Write orders and oversee receipt of merchandise delivery
Set standards and model behavior for optimum customer service
Recruit, train, develop and motivate associates and team leaders to provide fast, friendly customer service
Interact with D/FW Airport community to positively position The Paradies Shops
Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner
Analyze daily business and develop plans to maximize sales and net profits
Oversee the safe and sanitary operation of all retail and convenience components including coffee station, donut station, beverage coolers, hot-dog and taquito rollers, fountain drink, slushie stations, etc.
Ensure that store is impeccably maintained – counters are clean and free of trash, floors are swept regularly, trash bins are emptied and waste is properly disposed
REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pass airport background investigation
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
Approximately two to three years retail/food-service industry management experience preferred
Solid problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to work “on call”
Desire to be part of a performance-driven team
