(1) Manage the daily operations of the assigned Winner's Corner Convenience store under the direction of the Store Manager, Operations Manager and Regional Supervisors. (2) Manage cash and inventory to achieve the highest possible profit at the stores. (3) Merchandise and manage sales promotions under the direction of the V.P. of Marketing. (4) Provide SUPERIOR customer service to EVERY customer.Essential functions:
(1) ROUTINE-DAILY: (a) Generate early send information & communicate with home office. (b) Perform daily accounting functions. (c) Count and reconcile cash; prepare bank deposit, in the absence of the Store Manager. (d) Perform and direct the stocking of the store. (e) Perform and direct the maintenance of interior and exterior of store. (f) Operate cash register. (g) Training and management of store personnel. (h) Always monitor competition. (2) ROUTINE-WEEKLY: (a) Generate weekly payroll reports in the absence of the Store Manager. (b) Generate weekly work schedule and review with Regional Supervisor, in the absence of the Store Manager. (3) CUSTOMER RELATIONS: (a) Provide SUPERIOR ccustomer service to EVERY customer. (b) Emphasize total customer commitment. (c) Resolve customer complaints. (4) GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (a) Proficient with operational and equipment procedures. (b) Proficient with purchasing and inventory control systems. (c) Know the store merchandise, including products, prices and promotions. (d) Perform and direct all functions in accordance with Winner's Corner Standards. (e) Follow and direct all company policy and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.Marginal functions:

(1) Neat, clean and professional appearance (2) Mature attitude, able to work independently. (3) Good communication skills. (4) Friendly, outgoing and caring personality. (9) Previous convenience store or retail management experience. (10) Accounting or bookeeping experience. (11) Grasp of profit margin calculations. (12) Previous computer experience. (13) Ability to type 30 wpm. (14) Perform all the duties of store sales clerk. (15) Willing to work varied hours, including nights,weekends, and/or holidays.
