The Content Specialist has an excellent understanding of computer products and the properties of these products. A familiarity with products such as that attained by technical support representatives will typically provide this knowledge. Additionally there is a substantial amount of technical written content, which requires fluency in written communication skills using the English language. The Content Management Content Specialist reports directly to the Content Management Manager. ·Performs work to resolve internal emergency and urgent description content issues ·Works with overseas support team to offer feedback and assistance as needed ·Utilize knowledge attained from customer service/technical support experience to improve customer satisfaction with product description content ·Assist with training new Content Specialist agents as requested ·Utilize knowledge attained from customer service experience to improve customer satisfaction in product review approval/disapproval ·Item Intelligence/Expert Opinion approval/decline as needed ·Investigate various issues with PO processing as needed ·Investigate various product description detail issues ·Provide assistance in Imaging work as needed
REQUIREMENTS
·At least 1 year of ecommerce customer service experience or technical support. ·Should have at least intermediate familiarity with the internet and internet technology ·Good understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Frontpage, and intermediate-advanced computer skills in general ·A+ certification or other IT related certificates is a plus when combined with experience or education. ·Exceptional and diverse product knowledge ·Microsoft FrontPage skills and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent software skills is a plus but not required. ·Excellent technical communication skills ·IT literate.
