Contact Center Representative

Purpose:
Our client, a leading oilfield services provider that delivers superior results and performance for oil and gas companies around the world, is looking for contact center representatives.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for obtaining information from field engineers at the oil rig sites. Most of this information will be sent in via fax and email. This contact center relies very little on actual phone communication. This person will have to input all information into the company specific software program. This person will also have to send the incoming data out to various oil and gas companies.

To be qualified for this position individuals must have excellent typing and PC skills. Ideal candidates will have strong written communication and attention to detail skills.

The position is scheduled to be contract to hire. Our client is looking for individuals who are seeking a career and not a job. The hours consist of three 12 hour days and one 6 hour day. The shift will be 12am - 12pm from Sunday - Tuesday or Thursday - Saturday. The 6 hour day will be on Wednesday. Candidates will start at $12/hr, but will have the opportunity for a $.50 raise in each of the first 6 months. As a result, this could be a $15/hr job! Military candidates or technical savvy individuals tend to work well.
