LS Consumer Solutions Professional
Essential Functions:
-Respond to incoming calls for Loan Servicing, Origination, and Consolidation. Resolve customer inquiries and generate interest in the company’s Loan Consolidation program
-Pre-qualify borrowers during high volume periods and place outbound sales calls during low volume periods
-Ensure integrity of data and information
-Utilize Loan Servicing, Loan Consolidation, and/or Originations systems and update information accordingly
-Work with borrowers to complete the entire application process over the telephone or on the internet
-Negotiate transactions in accordance with established laws, regulations, and policies
-Perform research and follow-up calls to borrowers to resolve deficient loan applications and secure completed applications
-Submit applications for processing and mailing to customers and track consolidation loan requests
-Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy To Do Business (ETDB) philosophy
Provide excellent customer service and meet sales volume goals
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience:
High school degree or equivalent required. 1-3 years customer service, general office, experience preferred. Knowledge of Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems preferred.

Competencies:
Customer focused, Excellent oral/written communication skills, Attention to detail, Time management, Excellent organizational skills, Demonstrates good judgment, Intermediate MS Office, Proactive, Team player, High level of accuracy, 10 key proficient, and ability to meet deadlines.
