Responsible for the processing incoming conference calls for numerous clients which includes obtaining, entering and verifying requested information (e.g., name, company, title, e-mail address, etc.), answering basic conference call questions, resolving basic issues, providing customer service and adhering to approved scripts.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED
Ability to successfully complete the Initial Training Program and obtain an acceptable score on job-related assessments as outlined on the Training and Performance Matrix (e.g., keyboarding, reading, verbal communication skills, etc.) for the Operator position
Familiarity with a suite of office package software
Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse
