Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation, execution, and follow-up of conference calls, as well as other support duties assigned by management.
Essential Job ResultsConsistently provide external clients with accurate and timely service by completing call duties on Multilink; placing calls into correct conferences; ensuring that Legend level calls are prepared, executed, and wrapped up properly; verifying participant data. 60%Ensure that clients are continually provided adequate and professional communications by maintaining vocal quality of conference calls; ensuring that established professional standards are continuously upheld; treating clients in a professional manner at all times. 30%Ensure that daily systems operations in the department are running smoothly and efficiently by troubleshooting basic technical problems; competently handling last minute changes and unexpected situations; continually learning and growing technical knowledge of equipment used. 10% QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer proficiency Windows 2000, MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, InternetExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Accurate typing of 30 wpmHigh School diploma or GEDGeneral office knowledgePrevious customer service experience helpful/desired
