DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries; coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently and informs guests of hotel services, features and room amenities. Excellent guest relations skills. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with guests and co-workers. Excellent telephone etiquette. Education: computer literate with a typing speed of at least 20 wpm. Detail-oriented, team player. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of the city and its venues. Flexible schedule.
