Sports fans regularly request concierge assistance in procuring tickets or making a tee time. Weary travelers often consult the concierge to make appointments for day spas, salons and massages. Celebrations can be made more special with the concierge’s help in hiring a babysitter, chartering a limousine or having flowers delivered.
