We have been given the status as an Ebay Power Seller and continually meet our goal of achieving high sales and positive user feedback. We are currently looking for a self-starter to join our team as a Technical Customer Service Representative (TCSR) and help us maintain our company standards for excellence. The Technical Customer Service Representative ideally is an individual with a high-level of technical product knowledge combined with the ability to communicate technical jargon to the consumer in terms they understand.They will, also be able to communicate these ideas with a rapid and cordial attitude while maintaining Deal Express' company policies, terms and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer service skills
Technical related experience is a must
Excellent verbal and written skills
A self-motivated and dedicated individual
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Be able to use Microsoft Outlook Must be timely and efficient
