Computer Sales and Service Technician

Data Doctors of Central Florida is expanding in Brevard County Florida. Data Doctors specializes in computer service, custom computers, residential and commercial networking and data recovery. We are hiring several sales and service technicians for our Suntree and Indian Harbour Beach locations.

Do you have what it takes to be a Data Doctor?

We value technicians who have worked closely with the public and preferrably have some sales experience. Geek speak is not welcome. We also want people who can follow our well honed processes for diagnosing and servicing computers.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 6 and Saturdays 9 to 2. You will generally work 40 hour 5 day weeks but may be asked to work overtime. You will work on a team of 2 to 3 people in one of our upscale retail locations. Your duties will include greeting customers, diagnosing their computer problems and selling our services, upgrades, custom systems and merchandise. Qualified employees also take our front counter to the customer with our free house calls program.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong proficiency with Windows based computers.
Sales or customer service experience.
Ability to work with the public and follow our processes.
CompTIA A+ certification strongly preferred.
Net+ or MCSE are a great plus.
US residency
Florida drivers license and clean driving record
