Computer-Based Testing Processor

The Processing Specialist works in a task oriented, time
sensitive area. Attention to detail is vital, as incorrect data can
produce extensive consequences. Processing Specialists must be extremely
accurate when entering data.
Process all incoming mail, faxes
and overnights for 45 different clients within 24 to 72 hours.
Verify that candidate information required by the client is correct and
current.
Send candidate necessary exam information, i.e. bulletins, applications
and licenses.
Keep current on client requirements for exam applications.
Take payments for exams.
Print reports for check and credit card receipts.
File incoming paperwork.
Research payment history when necessary.
Refund payments when necessary.
Send payment receipts.
Send applications of candidates being licensed to clients, in daily,
weekly and monthly reports.OTHER CBT PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:Answer calls/emails from candidates, clients, Systems, Candidate Care and
Program Managers:
Help Systems set up programs for new clients.
Register and schedule candidates per special request.
Verify we have candidate information.
Troubleshoot candidate files when necessary.Use several different computer systems for registering, scheduling and
licensing candidates:

Generate Eligibility/ATT letters for CBT testing candidates.
Processing authorized candidates for license printing.
Respond to email inquiries regarding candidate’s license issues and
research solutions.
Recording daily processing information (Eligibility Letters, ATT
Letters, and Paper and License cards) on a specialized tracking sheet.
Requesting score reports and licenses for a specific State Based Client
and recording the license information into candidate’s records in a timely
manner.
Prepare daily and weekly score report records for specific State Based
Clients.
Generating duplicate score report requests using (RS) the
registration/scheduling system.
Identify and resolve score report issues that may prevent requested
information.
Creating and using the Magic system for reporting technical issues of
score reports.
Respond to email inquiries regarding specific candidates score reports.
Understanding the procedural guidelines for embossing score report for
official distribution.
