Communications Supervisor

American Medical Response (AMR) is seeking an experienced Communications Supervisor with experience in EMS for our communications center. The Communications Supervisor will oversee the day to day operations, supervision, training of new employees, quality assurance/quality improvement, reporting and special projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will posses the following:

3 years in a leadership role in an ambulance/EMS communications center.
Detail oriented, and posses the ability to multi-task.
Excellent customer service, phone, computer, and leadership skills.
Experience in a health care setting or knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
HS Diploma or GED.
Associates or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
