Communications Position-Entry Level

Thriving trade publication with clients located nationwide, seeks recent graduates with strong communication skills and high energy level to join the team as a Researcher. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Conduct research using the internet.
Perform phone interviews on industry topics and trends.
Development and maintainance of database content.
Answer questions for members and provide excellent customer service.
Handle special projects, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a driven, resourceful individual who can work effectively within a team environment. The successful candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. This individual should have comfort utilizing internet search engines and have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office. Four year college degree required. Past experience in customer service or internship within Communications strongly preferred.
