Supervise call center operations in order to meet high operational standards for professionalism, service knowledge and customer service.

Foster and promote a work environment characterized by professionalism, high-productivity and collaboration between team members.

Monitor call center activity to insure performance to standards and coach team members as needed in customer care, process quality and professional development.
