Commercial Alarm Sales Represenative & Service Tech

COMMERCIAL SALES REP
This is an immediate opening for an experienced Commercial Sales Representative for WSA's South Florida office, that services Dade, Broward,Palm Beach Counties and Monroe Counties.
The successful candidate should be looking for a long-term employment relationship, and have experience in selling central station monitoring services, along with sales of fire alarm, Closed Circuit Television, Access Control and security systems. Knowledge of national and local fire alarm codes is a plus!
This position requires a large amount of time in the field, working closely with our Sales Management and our existing customer base, while marketing for new accounts. Expectations include developing new sales strategies, working with existing sales force, , working with Operations Dept. to provide for smooth installations etc., handling customer problems in a professional manner.
Compensation package includes Salary, Vehicle, Commission Plan, Expense Reimbursement, Pension Plan, Medical and Dental Plans


SERVICE TECH
*A minimum of 3 years experience within the industry.
*NICET certification a plus.
*Knowledge of NOTIFIER fire equipment a plus
The successful candidate should be looking for a long-term employment relationship, and have experience SERVICING in fire alarm (NOTIFIER), Closed Circuit Television, Access Control and security systems.
Additional requirements include a high school diploma and a clean criminal background and motor vehicle record.
