Collection Agent

Purpose:
Our client, a fortune 500 company, has immediate openings for collection agents. The position is located in downtown phoenix and pays between $26,000-29,000 annually + bonuses.

Qualifications:
at least one year of collections experience
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of relevant federal regulations
Excellent written and oral communication skills

This position has a great benefits program and a competitive salary. Qualified candidates will have call center experience as well as at least one year of collections experience.
