REQUIREMENTS
Nucor Cold Finish – Utah is seeking applicants for the position of District Sales Manager covering the Southern California area. Potential candidates must possess the following:

•Goal oriented and Team Player with a strong safety focus
•4 year degree in business or marketing or related field
•Minimum of two years of selling experience in steel industry
•Strong relationship building skills
•Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
•Strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Willing to make sacrifices for the betterment of the team including travel excess of 40 hrs/week
•Good problem solving skills and sound judgment
•Solid analytical and negotiating skills
•Ability to analyze market and competitive data
•Ability to balance the needs of customers and the plant operations
•Highly motivated and trustworthy – ability to work well with limited direct supervision

Preferred attributes for the position include:
•Minimum of five years experience in steel sales (preferably in cold finish)
•Technical experience and expertise relating to the cold finish market
