Salary: $4,329-$5,531/mo with excellent benefits


This position is funded by the CDBG grant program and will focus on pro-active residential code enforcement for the East Side Redevelopment Project Area in the City of West Hollywood. The targeted areas of inspection will include; residential building common areas, vacant properties, unit operational systems, smoke detector compliance and lead base paint detection. This position works directly with the public (landlords and tenants) and the right candidate must possess superior communication skills. REQUIREMENTS
You must have the ability to learn and adapt to new responsibilities easily and quickly. High School diploma or GED and 1 to 2 years of related experience or any combination of education, training and experience to perform the essential functions of the job. Drivers License is required.
