COATROOM ATTENDANT

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:Presents a courteous and professional first and last impression to all members and guestsMaintains the highest level of service and professionalism at all times while operating the front desk phone system as well as over the counter contact with members and guests Uses personal friendliness and maintains grooming standards in order to make the guest feel welcome
REQUIREMENTS


KNOW-HOW/EXPERIENCE:



Qualified candidates will have:

Knowledge of telephone operating system

Microsoft Office computer skills

Basic math skills

Strong oral communication skills

Strong organization and interpersonal skills

Qualified candidates must be able to:

Learn in-house computer systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Position includes long periods of sitting

Candidates must be able to work overtime as needed

Candidates must be able to work between 24-32 hours per week on various shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays. The two main Receptionist shifts are: 6:45 a.m. -3:15 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
