The Customer Support Technician will provide phone support for a Healthcare Environment. One must have a good balance between customer service skills, technical skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.Major responsibilities include providing customers with phone support by resolving issues, prioritizing issues, and escalating as needed. Assist with desktop operating systems, GroupWise Email, MS Office, PC hardware, & Remote Access.We offer the ability to work in a dynamic environment coupled with training and substantial growth potential.
