Job Description:
Functions as a primary resource in handling customer contacts via telephone or Internet ranging from routine to complex.
-Deliver the highest quality customer service through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, assurance/confidence, empathy, and professional impression on every customer interaction in a fast-paced call center.
Qualifications:
Responsive, reliability, ability to express assurance/confidence, ability to express empathy, professionalism, PC skills in Windows-based applications, advanced verbal/written communication skills, team-oriented, customer service focus, ability to identify process improvements, self-directed, and practical application of knowledge and skills learned in training.Job Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma required. Post High School, or specialized training is desired. AA (field: Pharmacy Tech) is desired and Pharmacy Tech Certification (CPhT) will be required within 1 year. College BA Degree Field: Management, Communication desired.
Experience:
One year experience in customer service environment is required. Call center experience is highly desired. Previous experience is healthcare industry is a plus.
