Clinical Laboratory experienced Customer Service Representative
Specialty Laboratories is a research-based clinical reference laboratory, which develops and provides incisive diagnostic, prognostic, and monitoring services to thousands of clients nationwide and in 10 foreign countries on 5 continents.

We are currently seeking Client Services Representatives, with a strong Clinical Laboratory background, to support our Hospital and Physicians offices with client service support.

Duties include fielding calls, providing lab results, answering technical questions and troubleshooting various situations for clients.

Clinical Laboratory experienced Customer Service Representative Candidates must possess:
- Both 2-3 years experience in a client/customer service role and a basic understanding of clinical laboratory.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organization and phone skills
- Basic MS Word and Excel knowledge
- 10-key touch, and the ability to type minimum of 45 wpm.
