Client Technology Associate - RSS (Desktop Support)

Purpose:
Basic Function:
This position is responsible for providing technical support of PC hardware and software to maintain a high level of customer service and user productivity. This is a junior-level position that requires some supervision. The technical support duties of this position include the following: Daily management of personal and group queues, problem assessment and diagnosis, troubleshooting, problem fixes, problem logging and tracking, ensuring customer satisfaction, referring problem escalationPreferred Job Requirements:1) 1year of experience with corporate core application(s); 2) 1 year of programming experience: Visual Basic; 3) 1 year of database experience & Coding: MS Access, SQL, DB2; 4) 1 year of telephony support experience;
