Client Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities –
As a key point of contact, you will provide technical assistance to our customers, log all events into the proprietary contact management system and ensure proper billing through accurate account management. Will also set-up and modify accounts, communicate log-in procedures to our customers and relay client issues and problems to internal staff. The Client Support Specialist will process report production requests for all customers, including processing questionnaires, retrieving information from the database, printing reports, providing telephone support and process material requests. While Receptionist is absent, you will act as coverage as well as perform mailroom duties including collecting mail, preparing outgoing mail, UPS and FedEx and courier packages for shipment.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements –
To qualify for this position, you must possess a 2 or 4 year college degree, good phone skills, the ability to multi-task and technical knowledge as it relates to browsers, pop-ups, networking, the internet, PCs, printers, etc.
Training will be available for Birkman's proprietary software and products.
