Client Specialist - Client Services Unit

Manages and Quality assures the placement support services and daily client service requests for dedicated account base. Takes full ownership for quality of service provided to assigned accounts. Maintains effective and productive relationships with clients and other business units.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The Client Specialist initiates and provides oversight and QA to the renewal process, including creation of coverage specifications, exposures and loss summaries. Gathers needed information from various sources, including, other business units and clients to support placement process. Upon policy placement, creates policy summaries, schedules of insurance, calculates premium allocations, transmits binders to the client, and provides quality review of all post placement outputs. Provides day to day client servicing, including but not limited to, binder transmittal, coverage inquiries, policy changes, accounting inquiries, policy digests and contract review. Provides consultative services and solutions to insureds inquiries. Interfaces with various Aon business units, such as Cambridge, Swett, Aon Consulting, etc, to resolve service issues. Provides accurate and timely Bridge input of client information. Resolves client inquiries regarding coverage or changes to existing coverages. Refers issues to appropriate unit for resolution or output production. Addresses and completes special client projects. Assists Originators and Relationship Managers with New Business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Possesses advanced customer service skills/abilities. May adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position. Duties and tasks are frequently non-routine. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance lines; possesses general knowledge of all other lines. Is able to fully utilize PC office products such as Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes; is proficient in internal business applications such as Bridge. Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. Works under minimal supervision. May assist with training Associate Specialists. Must attain and maintain appropriate brokers license(s).Aon offers:
