Client Services Supervisor

C&M Fine Pack, Inc. a leading national manufacturer of premium plastic packaging has an immediate opening for a Client Services Supervisor.

This position will directly supervise 3 employees in the customer service department. Qualified candidates will have the experience in entering orders into the computer system, and generating client invoices. This department responds to customers’ inquiries and orders for C&M Fine Pack products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing & training employees. This position will also be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work. The Supervisor will ensure that all Client Service Representatives have a clear understanding of performance expectations and provide feedback, recognition and counsel.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 3 years RECENT customer service experience with A MINIMUM 1 year as a supervisor in a professional office environment. Must have experience in entering & invoicing client orders, tracking & resolving client issues. College degree preferred. Strong problem resolution and decision making skills needed. Proficient in MS Office with accurate computer entry. Must be a team player, with a commitment to excellence.
