Client Services Specialist

Handles processing of all incoming paperwork such as insured copies, policy declaration pages, appraisals and client documentation. Answer the APRM client services toll free number. Handles work requests from the field offices such as endorsements, automobile ID card printing, acord form generation and following up with the carriers.
Job Requirements
1-3 years operating in a property & casualty sales and services environment; high volume of work, significant phone volume.
Track record of success in providing outstanding client service and support. Individual must understand the structure and content of insurance contracts, and be aware of most insurance coverages. Knowledge of insurance coverages is essential, including homeowners , inland marine, comprehensive liability, excess liability, dwelling fires, automobiles. Individual must also understand Certificates of Insurance preparation and have a working knowledge of exposure information and its applications. In addition to superior organizational skills, individuals in this position must posses excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, Excel, Lotus Notes is required. Experience with agency management system - Applied is preferred.REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Additional business oriented education preferred.
