Client Services Representative I

Hours/Schedule: Flex, 7-3. 9-5, 12-8, Sat. 9-1 Description: Provides excellent client service to clients and serves as first resource of info/questions from clients. Communicates effectively with clients utilizing policies and procedures related to area's responsibilities, and maintains effective communication with all levels of managers and team leaders. Utilizes CRT or PC to obtain first contact information for clients to provide timely accurate information regarding products and services offered by Wilmington Trust Company. Demonstrates a strong level of proficiency in the use of a personal computers which include Windows, Word and the use of Outlook communications. Additionally, expands computer skills as recommended by a manager to effectively provide consistent expedient client service. Attempts to handle irate clients and seeks expedient resolution to client concerns without incurring financial loss to the company and maintaining client good will. Develops daily performance to the highest level, while seeking to ensure that the image of the company is reflected professionally in all services rendered. Refers or recommends other areas and services when appropriate. Learns to perform basic calculations with regards to finance charges on open end products, and interest on interest bearing accounts.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training and/or work experience. Two years of related experience.Demonstrates a good level of proficiency in the use of personal computers and software packages (such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Word).
