Client Services Representative

Purpose:
Leading Mortgage company is in need of a Client Service Representative for their Mc Lean office.
This position will be the Account Executive's right hand person; will be responsible for handling extremely high call volume; will have to learn all the products and be able to answer basic questions about them to customers.
Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, be friendly, outgoing and detail oriented. They need to have experience as a CSR.
This is a great opportunity to move into an inside or outside sales role in the future.
This person needs to have good telephone skills, ability to think on his/her feet.
A client relations representative has to know client's products so they can answer scenario calls from brokers; each CRR handles the accounts of 3 to 4 Account Executives.
When the Account Executives are out on Sales Calls the CRR handles any issue or problem or question a broker might have.

This is a 3 month contract to hire position.
