Client Services Manager – Medical/Scientific Communications

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain excellent relationships with client team in tandem with VP, Client Services
Assist in proposal writing, including definition of project strategy, goals and scope • Diplomatically manage client expectations and deliverables
Lead project team in achieving timely results • Assist in management of project estimates and financial tracking
Produce timely, accurate contact reports and related client correspondence
Assist in developing organic new business growth with enthusiastic, existing clients
REQUIREMENTS

BS Degree or Equivalent
At least 3 years project/account management experience in pharmaceutical marketing, pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications
Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client projects
Highly motivated, with ability to work independently and represent the client in a multi-disciplinary project team comprised of scientists, software programmers and 3-D artists
A passion for business and a drive for success are essential
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite a must
Familiarity with video game software and web-based applications a plus
