Responsibilities:
The Client Services Manager (CSM) acts as the primary point of contact for our clients and the internal client liaison. The CSM holds the responsibility for issue resolution, coordinating client's reporting needs, monitoring trends, completing data analysis, managing client's training and communication needs and helping in the development and execution of strategic and tactical planning.
Relevant Experience Requirements / Other
Experience in managing projects / project management skills.Client Services experience (direct or part of a team).Experience dealing with various levels of internal / external management including clinically oriented dealing with physicians…executive exposure (if not being one).Contract management or similar experience with combination of healthcare data / medical economics content.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors or Master’s Degree3-5 years experience in payor operational environment with specific concentration in claims processing and claims editing softwareAbility to take initiative and execute strategy to achieve resultsComplex problem solving; ability to understand business needs of healthcare payers and offer service solutions to meet those needs.Strong analytical skills. The ability to find solutions to problems through data analytics, and to present findings and issue recommendations at an executive level.Understanding of medical claims systems including inter and intra-system dependenciesAbility to handle multiple tasks and assignments effectivelyKnowledge of CPT-4, HCPCS and ICD-9 coding & medical terminologyDeadline oriented.Project management skills, including managing resources / staff without direct reporting relationships.Professional verbal and written communication skills – requires interaction with internal and external customersAbility to develop lasting relationships with clients by building their trust and offering value.Strong service attitude.
