Client Services Coordinator

Branch office of a national leader in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) Industry is seeking an experienced, energetic professional for a career in its Client Services Coordinator position. In this pivotal role you will be the liaison that creates that “WOW” experience with our clients.

You will assist owners and managers, along with their employees, of small and mid-size companies in administration and problem solving with our offered services that include payroll, benefit programs, workers’ compensation, and human resource consulting.

REQUIREMENTS
- Prefer working experience within the PEO Industry. Otherwise, successful candidate must possess working knowledge/understanding of payroll, state and federal labor laws, workers’ compensation, health insurance, and basic human resources functions
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer/data mgmt skills with Microsoft Office products (esp. Word & Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; heavy on Customer Intimacy; relationship-oriented; Large and small group presentation skills/experience
- Self-motivated and driven; Confident and persuasive; Flourishes by working independently
- Ideally, experienced as H/R Generalist with Sales, Safety or Public Relations experience and/or exposure
- Bilingual, especially English/Spanish combination, a major plus
- Clean driving record with proof of auto insurance required (auto traveling required)
