Supports all aspects of the implementation and use of Risk Console software and services for Fortune 1000 companies.
Master all aspects of RiskConsole product and supporting tools implementing solutions, auditing data, create and distribute reports and providing general consultative support to clients.
Once a system has been implemented, the Analyst provides system support to client administrators.
Maintain account information in CRM.SPECIAL SKILLS:
Every day software usage includes Microsoft’s Access, Excel, and Word.
Exposure to relational databases, technical report writing, Structured Query Language (SQL), or similar tools is also preferred.
Must be analytical in nature and enjoy complex technological challenges while at the same time have excellent communication skills.
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work independently or within a team
Able to discuss technology and Risk Management conceptsMINIMUM EDUCATION:
The applicant should be a degreed professional (preferably Business or Risk Management with an emphasis on systems).MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
2+ years Client Service/Technical experience servicing accounts including implementation and ongoing support.
Work experience utilizing a combination of technical and Risk Mgmt or Insurance skills.
