Client Service Administrator
This position is responsible for all aspects of building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, acts as a liaison between clients, and communicates with operational personnel to determine and anticipate any issues or concerns.
Launch New Projects/Applications for Fortune 100 clients
Interact with cross-functional teams including IT and Operations
Researches and responds in a timely manner to internal and external client.
Establishes and maintains excellent client and vendor relationships.
Prepares and validates client reporting on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree.
1-2 years experience with a proven record in Client Services.
Excellent organizational, time management, and oral and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong customer service skills, be goal-oriented, and have the ability to think out of the box.
