Client Service manager (Insurance) Madison

The function of this position is to manage the case management team assigned to the specific key customer account. There must be an in-depth awareness of how the operational departments function to enable the individual to serve as a global liaison for all customer concerns and work to solve any problems in conjunction with the responsible internal departments.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



1. Communicate all information, concerns, changes and new procedures to the department.

2. Assist in resolving problems which require escalation.

3. Work with internal sales counterpart to ensure continued growth and overall productivity of key account.

4. Participating in ongoing communication with key customer account either in person or via conference calls to ensure acceptable service standards.

5. Developing new ideas for streamlining the department.

6. Assist in addressing and resolving all associate related activities.

7. Completing annual reviews for all direct reports.

8. Building and maintaining positive relationships with other departments.

9. Any other duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Min 2 years management or supervisory experience in a client service environment.

Must demonstrate strong leadership skills. Strong communication, written, and organizational skills.

Insurance Industry experience preferred.
