Purpose:

This role will be responsible for interacting with clients both on the telephone and in person, the preparation of reports and client materials, administrative service of client accounts and providing administrative support for other team members.

Qualifications:

Experience
At least 2 years of experience working in an office, supporting a team and interacting with clients
Financial services industry experience preferred, but not required

Skills and Abilities
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
Proficiency using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both in person and on the telephone
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Able to manage multiple tasks occurring at the same time

Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities:

The Administrative Representative role is responsible for the following key tasks:

Scheduling client meetings
Preparation of investment summaries and related information for client meetings, including inputting data into and extracting data from databases and spreadsheets
Conducting research using vendor websites
Client service account work
Coordination of special client events
Preparation of client communications including letters and birthday cards
Preparation of invoices

The person in this role must effectively communicate the value and importance of our clients through a willingness to “go the extra mile” to serve their needs.
