Enter and verify client orders for local market distribution accounts. Communicate with Sales and
Operations as needed to resolve internal and external client issues.Order entry, order maintenance
Production coordination, including researching of copy issues & shortages, preparing change notices, etc.
Notify Sales of copy shortages, profile changes, etc.
Account or COBRA profile maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
Assist Sales in the execution of client programs as defined by the standard Service Level Agreements.
Creation/maintenance of permanent profiles
Coordination of A.N.N.E./Private Carrier Distribution programs
Enter/verify ATZ charges
Assist with the calculation of Solo Mail ratesBe established as internal contact in the Service Delivery Process for assigned accounts.
Provide accurate and timely response to internal Service Delivery Process requests
Provide accurate and timely response to clients' requests
Surface/refer client issues to Sales as appropriateExpand ADVO knowledge base to ensure the ability to execute various types of client orders
Maintain base of ADVO knowledge on ADVO products, services, promotions
