As a Client Service Representative at Charles Schwab Institutional,
you will be an integral part of our clients' overall experience with
Schwab. Using state of the art technology, CSR's are both equipped
and empowered to assess and resolve client issues and requests. You
will be responsible for:


Delivering extraordinary service
Strengthening client relationships
Assisting other Schwab operations and service departments


Typical daily activities include:


Researching of client transactions, processing client requests
Assisting clients to navigate account features
Responding to inbound client inquiries and providing issue
resolution

Requirements: This role requires a special person. Ideal candidates
will have:


2+ years of customer service and or call center work experience

Knowledge of the financial services industry and a passion for
providing client – centric solutions
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Superior customer service aptitude and attitude
Desire to work in a team setting
Strong PC skills, including knowledge of Windows, the
Internet, and e-mail.
