Client Service Rep - Hammond (0.5) Days

This individual is responsible for all needed client service functions including answering, directing and initiating telephone calls including notifying clients/ physicians of alert values and documenting notification.He/she will also assist clients in utilizing Alverno's services, assist all laboratory functions in adding and deleting tests at clients' requests, maintain appropriate records of these actions and assist in handling all client issues as directed and as needed.

In addition, this individual must maintain a highly professional attitude and appropriate behaviors as frequent and sensitive client interactions occur. Must be to manage stress associated with work assignments and deadlines.

Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Knowledge of medical terminology and prior experience in a medical setting is highly preferred.

This position is located within our Central Laboratory in Hammond, IN.
