We are looking for Client Service Managers in both our St. Paul and Rochester, MN locations. Serving as Client Service Manager, you will lead multi-disciplined teams and manage all aspects of various projects. We will also depend on you to train and develop staff while assuring our high standards of quality and service.

We require a BS degree in Civil Engineering (or the equivalent), MN PE registration and 10+ years of engineering experience—including 5+ years of involvement in municipal design, contracting and specifications writing. You must have a successful history of client services leadership along with a talent for project planning, presenting, scheduling and budgeting.
