Client Service Coordinator

A Client Service Coordinator (CSC) acts as a liaison between the client, the Regional Account Managers (RAMs), the Account Executive, and the Production staff. A CSC supports the sales effort by collecting materials for Ads and Sweepstakes, overseeing the accuracy of their printing. A CSC must always present themselves professionally, exhibit enthusiasm, respect clients, our products, employees, and our company.Responsibilities include:Receive instructions from the Sales staff for ad production and follow-up with advertisers directly to secure appropriate advertising materials.
Keep customers informed of upcoming deadlines.
Handle and resolve ad problems/complaints in a timely manner.
Attend and participate in client service meetings and events, if necessary.
Type copy for ad design when needed.
Maintain network of digital file folders.
Submit clear and complete ad production instructions to Design Department in a timely manner.
Record all advertiser-relevant communication in Client Relations Management (CRM) software.
Enter all web addresses, email addresses, and contact info in CRM.
REQUIREMENTS
The right candidate will have an associate's degree AND one to two years related experience.
Candidates should have strong skills in customer service, proofreading, spelling, vocabulary, attention to detail, ability to multi task, and handle frequent and multiple interruptions.Candidates should have knowledge of and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to use a Macintosh computer.Knowledge about the mechanics of web printing, good design, and copywriting skills desired.
