Client Service - Associate
Responsible for providing retirement plan participants with information and assistance regarding their 401(k) plans. Must have excellent phone communication skills and customer service experience.
Client Service - Account Executive
Responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention of our Small Market partners, financial advisors and clients. Build and strengthen these relationships by providing day-to-day exceptional customer service. 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Financial Serivces Industry experience preferred.
