Client Relationship Management Associate

We currently have the following position available in our Boston, MA office for a Client Relationship Management Associate.Description:The primary responsibility of the Associate is to coordinate the Client Relationship Management projects and their related processes. The Associate will work with others on the CRM team and Consultants who work directly with clients. Over time, the position will have a number of clients which he/she is responsible for, and each of these clients will require periodic following up and communications. The Associate may also be involved in specific projects that are aimed at prioritizing clients for re-marketing, developing new products/services, and potentially, exploring business development in certain geographies. The position involves a knowledge of a portion of the client base (within the entire client group which includes private clients, non-profits, pension funds, and corporations), familiarity with institutional investments and investors, and client contact over time.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:1. Coordinate Client Relationship Management staff and consulting staff as needed for individual projects.
2. Schedule and coordinate necessary client meetings both onsite and offsite.
3. Prepare client profiles, including client performance data, contract information, consultant feedback, etc., for each staff members conducting a client presentation or client conversation.
4. Research information via the firm’s InnerWeb and Internet: Research current clientsResearch Board membersFind articles of interest to the organization5. Create client-specific presentation materials, utilizing PowerPoint, as well as crafting client communications, including letters and proposals.
6. Utilize and update the firm’s Management Dashboard Database on an on-going basis: Prepare monthly matrix tracking clients who may be at risk of terminating their relationship.Develop on-going tracking analysis of client relationships.Create analytical reports as neededMaintain on-going records of Relationship Management projects and their progress7. Perform special projects and assume certain responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Client Relationship Management.
8. Attend local client service presentations as requested by the Director.
REQUIREMENTS
QualificationsBS/BA with three or more years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry.Advanced PowerPoint skills required with an intermediate skill level in MS Word and Excel. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Lotus Notes a plus.Demonstrated writing and proofreading abilities with an emphasis on accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.Candidates should be personable with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and all staff types, and must be able to interact in a service-oriented environment.The successful candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, desire to learn, and ability to work independently while being a team player.
