Customer Service Representative

We are presently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The representative is responsible for inbound phone calls and handles all issues/inquires in a prompt, service-oriented manner.

In addition to CS duties, the CSR’s duties will include, but are not limited to, processing orders, handling email inquiries, and providing directions and solutions to client inquiries.

Primary Job Functions:

-Handle Heavy Inbound Phone Calls
-Handle client issues by passing information to the proper departments and supervisors and making follow up calls to client.
-Report call details in Call Log

Additional Job Functions:

-Respond to email inquires
-Follow up with service providers to see if orders were entered correctly
-Enter Orders
-Process Change of Address forms
REQUIREMENTS
Call Center Experience a plus
