Client Coordinator Trainee

We integrate customized services, leverage expertise across industries and apply business knowledge to our clients' strategic goals.POSITION SUMMARY: Currently, we have an excellent career opportunity for a Client Coordinator Trainee in the Uptown Chicago offices of Combined Insurance Company of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Aon Corporation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Evaluate and process information from multiple sources effectively. Provide customer service and support for voluntary insurance coverage marketed to client groups and employees. Position involves close interaction with client company's payroll, financial and HR staffs. Position will serve as the expert resource to issues involving billing, collections and policy administration for clients, brokers and outside sales force. Maintain client records through standard customer service functions.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Capability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Understand how to support internal and external customers effectively. PC proficiency in MS Office.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor degree.
