Claims Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities Include: Answer incoming calls from providers relating to claims payment and requests for claim adjustments.

Job Requirements


REQUIRED: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year Member Services and/or claims processing knowledge. Good analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge Microsoft Office or other comparable software.

PREFERRED: Medical terminology preferred. CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred.
