Responsibilities include providing assistance in CMI Select registration’s received via mail, Flow faxed registrations and FRHEL faxed registrations.  Lack of timely resolution can impact transfer price and channel profitability as well as damage customer relations.  Contact internal or external clients as necessary to verify information and provide feedback to solve problems in a timely manner.  Research registrations as received to identify and register per correspondent guidelines and policies.  Work speed and accuracy are very important to the success of this position. 

 Knowledge of mortgage basics is necessary to be successful in this role.  Ability to learn new tasks and grasp concepts is required.  This position is very sensitive to the channel profitability and the successful individual will be thorough and their quality of work will need to be very accurate while maintaining strong levels of output on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS


2 year college degree (Associates)

3-5 years of professional work experience

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Must be able to type 40 - 50 wpm

Must be able to process high volume of work in an accurate manner
