Certification Administrative Assistant

Association Management Company on the NW side seeks Certification Administrative Assistant.

This position will assist the Certification Manager with testing location logistics, internal and external communications, and member customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
This full-time position requires strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily administrative functions
• Coordinating volunteer and member communications
• Database management
• Meeting planning and staff support at events (some travel required)
• Handling arrangements for travel, hotel, and ground transportation
• Maintain Certification event records
• Customer Service
