Catalog-Driven Customer Service Representative

Kelly Services a Fortune 500 company is seeking EXPERIENCED inbound/outbound CATALOG-DRIVEN, Medical Sales Representatives.




Job Description


Processing orders, backorders and special orders while complying with Customer Service standards. Will upgrade product sales by suggestively selling using promotional flyers, unadvertised specials, customer past purchases and available quantity price breaks. Participate in surveys initiated by Marketing Department as well as in Supervisory Call Monitoring Program to ensure call quality standards. Process return authorizations.



Required Skills



Experience in a catalog-driven, computer-based order entry call center/customer service team environment

Previous experience working with medical products

Basic knowledge in Windows 2000 and Microsoft Word

Types at least 25 wpm

Ability to prioritize, multitask and solve problems

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

Reliability and excellent attendance

Ability to work flexible work schedules
